Announcements & Prayers

Announcements for the week of April 23rd

 CONGREGATIONAL EVENTS:

Out of office…  With Fr. Brent gone, canonical authority for the parish goes to the Senior Warden.  Our intrepid Senior Warden is Sandi Orbell.  As you can imagine, her plate is very full.  To facilitate smooth leadership in our Rector’s absence, Patty Krier, Clerk of Vestry, has stepped up in a sort of “chief of staff” role.  Information and communication will be routed through her.  If you have a problem, question, emergency or high praises to sing, please route that through Patty.  She can be reached at pattykrier46@gmail.com or at 541-285-8265.  Thank you!

Join the Lunch Bunch, an “equal opportunity unisex group,” on Tuesdays at 11:30 a.m. at the following locations:
April 25, Turtles, 2690 Willamette St.
May 2, North Bank, 45 Club Rd.
May 9, Cornucopia #1, 295 W. 17th Ave.

COMMUNITY EVENTS:The Nightingale Healthcare Sanctuary is moving to the parking lot next to Good Samaritan on Hilyard.  All who are interested in helping make this a success are invited to a meeting at the Hilyard Center on May 11 from 7-9:30 p.m., to talk about ways for the neighborhood to support residents in car camping or rest stop living situations.
