Rally Day!

This Sunday, October 4, will be Resurrection’s Rally Day. The kick-off of our program year brings lots of changes and new things:

  • A return to 8:00 and 10:30 service times.
  • The 10:30 service will once again include the choir and additional music.
  • Formation resumes (in-person classes begin on 10/11):
    • 9:15 Bible Study – The Acts of the Apostles and the early church
    • 11:45ish – Organizing a newcomer class (10/11 only, time and format to be determined)
    • Tuesday evening online book study – For Such a Time as This (Begins 10/20, signup required)
  • The Season of Creation liturgy at 10:30 in the weeks following St. Francis’ Day.
  • This Rally Day also includes some one-time events:
    • The Blessing of the Animals (Both services, all well behaved pets welcome)
    • The annual Rally Day potluck.

This is the Sunday to shake off the dust of a long hot summer and let the life and community of Resurrection reinvigorate your faith and awaken your hope. We’ll see you there!
